1. The cancellation and refund for evisa service

We have a refund policy for different situations. Please check which case applies to your situation:

  • Case 1: If the applicant makes a payment within 4 hours and we have not yet processed the application, a full refund will be issued, except for a 5% bank fee deducted from the total amount.
  • Case 2: If the applicant has made a payment and we have already submitted the application to the Government, no refund will be provided.
  • Case 3: If the applicant's application is rejected, we will refund the service fee, excluding the Government fee.
  • Case 4: If the applicant's application is approved, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Kindly note that the refund processing time took 14-21 working days from the date we confirm the refund (not including the transaction date of the bank transfer) and this procedure will be completed via the email only. Therefore, we highly recommend the applicants contact us via email for all the circumstances.

The Vietnam evisa is a document issued by a competent authority of Vietnam, allowing foreigners to enter Vietnam. It allows a single or multiple entry and is valid for up to 90 days.

Most travelers need a visa to enter Vietnam for tourism, business and visiting family/friends maximum 90 days with single or multiple entry as Government policy.

For the purpose of the evisa, there are 3 types:

  • Tourist Visa – For travelers visiting Vietnam for tourism.
  • Business Visa – For business-related activities.
  • Visiting family/friends Visa – For visiting family, relatives or friends.

For the entry of the evisa, there are 2 types:

  • Single entry – The travelers are allowed to enter Vietnam one time based on the validity of the evisa.
  • Multiple entry – The travelers are allowed to enter Vietnam multiples time based on the validity of the evisa.

For the length of stay of the evisa, there are 2 types:

  • 30 days – The travelers are allowed to enter Vietnam within 30 days, the validity of the evisa from the arrival date filled on your application.
  • 90 days – The travelers are allowed to enter Vietnam within 90 days, the validity of the evisa from the arrival date filled on your application.

  • Normal service: 5-7 business days.
  • Emergency service: 3-4 business days.
  • Rush service: 2 business days.
  • Urgent service: 1 business day.

We simplified the E-Visa procedure to create a favorable condition for visitors to get one before starting their journey. Here are the easy-to-follow steps for obtaining a visa online with us:

  • Step 1: Complete the application form accurately
  • Step 2: Pay the visa fee by utilizing the accepted means of payment.
  • Step 3: Assemble all the required documents and send them to our email address.
  • Step 4: Wait for E-Visa results from us within the guaranteed processing time (varies depending on the visa services you choose).

  • E-Visa: Applied online, no need for a visa stamp at the airport and the travellers don’t need to pay any cost for the visa once they arrive.
  • Visa on Arrival (VOA): Required a pre-approval letter (apply and print the approval letter before the departure date) and visa stamping at the airport upon arrival date. The travelers will make payment extra the visa stamp fee: 25 usd for single entry, 50 usd for multiple entry according to the regulation.
